We shall strive to improve people’s homes to help enhance their quality of life. Our quality product is achieved through excellent craftsmanship, good design, proper material selection, and outstanding customer service. By following these virtues with honesty and integrity, we will work hard to exceed client expectations.
Testament of Quality
As many construction companies pride themselves with quality craftsmanship and service, Straight Line Design and Remodeling takes this one level further. Good and creative designs are what make our quality craftsmanship worth the test of time. We make sure any project, big or small, is part of our client’s big picture. Making projects as straight forward as we can, allows our clients to know everything that is involved upfront, and makes for a smooth project. Being a design/build company keeps the quality control in our hands from the very beginning.
The Owner’s Story
Matt Williams has been involved in many technical trade classes throughout high school and college. In only three years of college he had graduated from Portland Community College with an AAS in Building Construction Technology, an AAS in Construction Management, and an AAS in Design, Build, and Remodeling. For five years after college, Matt worked as a lead carpenter in the design and remodeling industry. High end projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and interiors were the focus. He is an EPA Lead certified renovator, and is certified through the NKBA as an Associated Kitchen and Bath Designer (AKBD). Matt tries to surround himself with an environment that can broaden his mind, making him a better designer, communicator, and understanding of different cultures. On his off time, Matt enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, bowling, camping, traveling, and fine woodworking.
