Creamy Lemon Mousse with Raspberries

This elegant mousse is as easy as it is delicious. You’ll have it prepared in no time, and your family is sure fall in love with it!

Shopping list (4 Servings):

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

1. Add all ingredients except raspberries to blender or food processor.

2. Blend on pulse setting for approximately 12 seconds, pausing every 2-3 seconds.

3. Stir gently and serve immediately, topped with raspberries. Great on its own, or on on top of store-bought pound cake (pictured).
