Pricing Tiers

We strongly believe in maintaining transparency when it comes to pricing. To ensure this, we follow a lump sum contract approach in which we agree upon a fixed cost of the project at the very beginning. This allows our clients to have a clear and comprehensive understanding of the total cost of the project right from the start.

Builder Level

Construction: Builder-grade construction utilizes inexpensive materials and products. The final outcome is expected to have minor aesthetic flaws, such as imperfectly centered tile layouts.

Design: Builder-grade projects include minimal design assistance from our design team. The majority of the product selections and layout decisions are expected to be made by the client.

Semi-Designer Level

Construction: Semi-designer construction includes the selective use of builder-grade products in order to maximize the overall impact of a limited project budget.

Design: Semi-designer projects include basic design support from our design team, including guidance through the material selection and layout processes.

Designer Level

Construction: Designer-level construction combines high-quality products with a thoughtful design approach in order to achieve a beautiful-looking outcome. This is the most common level of work that our clients choose.

Design: Designer-level projects include full-service support from our design team. We will guide you every step of the process, providing valuable insight throughout each phase of your project.

Custom Level

Construction: Custom-level construction is built using the most premium materials available, typically special orders. This results in a finished product that’s both

customized and luxurious.

Design: Custom-level designs are truly one-of-a-kind. Our design team will personalize every detail.

Green Building

Green building methods can be added to any of the design levels. This approach takes the environmental impact of the project into consideration. This type of work is usually a personal choice by the client. We would prefer to use green building practices for all of our projects, but we understand that the additional costs can be prohibitive.
