Matt holds degrees in Building Construction Technology, Construction Management, and Kitchen & Bath Design. He believes a successful home remodel is one that’s built to stand the test of time and improve the occupant’s quality of life. Outside of work, Matt enjoys fine woodworking and spending time with family.
Nicholas Johnston
Production Manager
Nick is originally from Port Angeles, Wa but has lived in Oregon for about 5 years. He prioritizes good communication and strives for a seamless transition throughout the remodeling process. Nick enjoys spending time with his family, friends and doing house projects.
Nikki Ditterick
Interior Design Manager
An Oregon native, Nikki’s lifelong fascination with the form and function of her surrounding environment eventually led her to pursue degrees in Construction Technology, Interior Design, and Kitchen & Bath Design. Outside of work she spends the majority of her time with her two children.
Carly McKenzie
Interior Designer
Carly was born in Fargo, ND but has spent most of her life in the Northwest. She pursued her Interior Design degree in San Diego but connects with the easy-going and down-to-earth mentality of the Northwest; this mentality bleeds into her design process and how she approaches each design. Outside of work, Carly is a homebody and enjoys cooking together with her husband.
Steve Griffin
Architectural Design Manager
A native of Salem, Oregon, Steve served 4 years in the U.S. Army, where he learned to be a team player and developed a “get it done” attitude. In his free time, Steve enjoys creating custom-made interior fixtures, welding, and walking his dog, Hutch.
Jennifer Costello
Marketing Manager/Photographer
Jennifer was born and raised in New York before moving to Portland in 2007. She owned a photography business for 20 years where she fine-tuned her sales and marketing skills. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old twins, climbing mountains, and running.
